Medium (M): latency (250 ms to 1 s), throughput (500 to 1,500 Kbps), scalability (< 100 to 1,000 nodes/backhaul node). High (H): latency (> 1 s), throughput (> 1,500 Kbps), scalability (> 1,000 nodes/backhaul node).
